    Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. Proficiency in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, TCS, and bank reconciliation. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy. Strong communication skills in English. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers Support month-end and year-end close process Familiarity with financial accounting statements Hands-on experience with accounting software Tally.
