Job Description

    As a Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager HR (Generalist) at our Real Estate/Construction company in Nagpur, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions to support the growth and success of our business. Your expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and performance management will be essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient people processes across the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and site-based roles. - Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and joining formalities. - Oversee induction & onboarding process to ensure smooth integration.- Employee Engagement & Relations - Plan and execute employee engagement activities. - Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries. - Maintain healthy workplace relations across office and site staff.- Performance Management - Coordinate goal-setting and appraisal cycles. - Support implementation of KRAs/KPIs for different functions. - Provide data and reports for performance review discussions.- HR Operations & Administration - Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management. - Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws).- Policy & Process Implementation - Support in drafting and implementing HR policies. - Ensure adherence to HR systems, processes, and legal requirements.Candidate Requirements:- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.- 7 years of experience in HR Generalist role with 4 years in the real estate/construction industry.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders (office & site staff).In addition to the above details, the application mentions that the candidate should have experience in ISO audits, ESIC/PF compliance, HR operations, labor laws, and contractor workforce management for 6 years, as well as experience in sales team motivation and incentive structuring for 6 years.Please note that the work location for this role is in person.,
