Job Description

    We required Shift In-charge in Patran (Punjab) & Mauda(Nagpur).Experience: 5-7 YearsQualification Diploma Mechanical/Electrical/ChemicalJob Description
    • Thorough understanding of biomass feeding process, batching cycle, Biogas production and purification.
    • Responsible for continuation SLS operation and manure management.
    • Work closely with the Maintenance department to ensure equipment maintenance is scheduled at the most opportune times, in order to minimize downtime and maximize production output.
    • Responsible to run the plant in his shift as per planned schedule
    • Management of manpower deployment in his shift, according to the availability/strength of employees.
    • Responsible to maintain the documentations like process, production log book/maintenance log book/ Quality related issues in hard and soft copies in his shift.
    • Responsible for minimum machinery down time and risk free opera
    • Responsible to report/discuss to his manager with all the issues he has faced in his shift.
    • Manage and/or adjust work procedures to meet production requirements.
    • Develop methods to utilize personnel and resources in the best possible ways.
    • Develop, support and motivate production employees in applying our targets.
    • Interpret and enforce company policies, safety regulations and operating procedures.
    • Analyze and resolve work problems and assist staff in solving problems.
    • Initiate, recommend, investigate, troubleshoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to feeding, processes and upgrading systems
    • Through Knowledge of PLC/DCS Trouble shooting & problem solving.
    • Ensure safety procedures are followed at all levels during feeding process and production including upgradation of biogas.
