As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and ensuring timely completion of projects. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.Qualifications And Skills Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in site supervision or a related field Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline In-depth knowledge of construction. processes, procedures, and best practices Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders Sound understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in using construction management software and tools Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Valid drivers licenseRoles And Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction activities at site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other workers at the site Monitor the progress of construction projects, including keeping records, and preparing reports on project status Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely completion of projects Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction Inspect and review the work performed at the site, identifying any defects or deficiencies Coordinate and schedule deliveries of materials, equipment, and machinery to the site Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, work progress, and any incidents or accidents that occur Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all personnel at the site Train and supervise construction workers, providing guidance and instructions as necessary,
