Job Description

    Leostar Solutions, a Nagpur-based Talent Acquisition Firm serving PAN India, is in search of a dedicated and competent Site Supervisor to manage the operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and facilitate the timely completion of projects. This full-time position is located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.The qualified candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in site supervision or a related field, along with a Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline. Proficiency in construction processes, procedures, and best practices is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate must have a keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines. A valid drivers license is required.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.- Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel at the site.- Monitor project progress, maintain records, and prepare status reports.- Ensure quality standards are met and projects are completed on time.- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and professionals to address technical issues.- Inspect work at the site, identify defects, and review deficiencies.- Coordinate deliveries of materials, equipment, and machinery to the site.- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports and work progress.- Enforce safety protocols and cultivate a safe working environment.- Provide training and supervision to construction workers, offering guidance and instructions as needed.If you meet the qualifications and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to join our team at Leostar Solutions and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.,
