Job Description

    Your role will involve working as a Software Engineer specializing in React with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive web applications using ReactJS to ensure high performance and optimal user experience. Your key responsibilities will include translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code, collaborating with product managers and designers to define new features, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability.You will be expected to write clean, modular, and well-documented JavaScript code, integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services, participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and troubleshoot application and UI issues. Staying updated with the latest React updates, front-end technologies, and industry trends will be essential.The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks, Context API, Redux, RESTful APIs, and build tools like Webpack is required. Experience with Git, unit testing tools like Jest, and familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, CI/CD pipelines, accessibility standards, and Agile/Scrum practices are desirable.Key attributes for success in this role include strong problem-solving skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities, the capacity to work both independently and within a team, and a continuous learning mindset with attention to detail.Candidates must be prepared to be flexible with their working hours based on business needs and participate in meetings with the U.S. team outside standard working hours.
