Job Description

    As a Software Development Team Lead at MyTecsys, you will be responsible for managing full software development projects across various platforms including Web, Mobile, and Desktop. Your role will involve leading a team of developers, testers, and designers, as well as coordinating with clients to ensure successful project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Managing full software development lifecycle from 0100%, ensuring timely delivery of projects.- Leading and coordinating a team of developers, testers, and designers while maintaining strong communication with clients.- Handling requirement analysis, project documentation, architecture, and database design.- Ensuring code quality, implementing version control, CI/CD processes, and overseeing deployments.- Directly engaging with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any escalations.To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).- Proven track record of independently delivering 1015 complete products/projects or leading a team to successful project completion.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in team management, time management, and meeting project deadlines.- Practical understanding of DevOps workflows, CI/CD processes, deployments, environments, and server management.- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.Additionally, it would be beneficial to have knowledge of PHP, .NET, Python, mobile frameworks, or desktop app technologies. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to take full ownership, grow with a startup, and demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and responsibility.This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.
