Job Description

    As a Solar Project Site Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of solar PV installation projects. Your responsibilities will include:- Supervising and executing solar PV installation and commissioning at project sites.- Ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, safety codes, and project timelines.- Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the internal project team.- Monitoring on-site safety, quality control, and reporting.To qualify for this role, you will need:- A Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.- Minimum 3 years of on-site experience in solar PV installations (commercial, industrial, or utility-scale).- Deep knowledge of ground-mounted solar systems and relevant standards (IS, IEC, etc.).- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, SLDs, and layout plans.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.Preferred qualifications include experience handling large-scale renewable energy projects, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness to relocate and work in remote site conditions.The working conditions for this role are primarily field-based with exposure to outdoor environments.
