    Kindly go through the attached job description and let us know your interest.If interested, kindly share your updated CV asap.Role:- SeniorOdoo Sales & Functional ConsultantLocation: NagpurExperience: 4-8 yrsNotice Period: ImmediateRoles & Responsibilities: Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, specifically Odoo CRM Demonstrate deep knowledge of Odoo software and its features to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients Identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client referrals Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in selling ERP solutions like Odoo Forecast sales targets, analyse sales data, and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, and use insights Provide training to end-users on Odoo functionalities and best practices Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions Customize and extend Odoo functionalities to meet unique business needs Design and configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, Manufacturing, and others based on client needs Create detailed functional and technical documentationPersonal Competencies: Excellent proficiency in communication, both written & verbal Strong leadership and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and tie them to customer needs Experience as a Odoo Sales & Functional Consultant or similar role Track record of achieving meeting quotas Should have good planning skills, time management and proactive Ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentationsQualification: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales or a related field--- Thanks & Regards,Satyendra GiriRecruitment Consultant| Hiring Solutionshiring@megmaservices.co.inPhone: 91-hidden_mobile
