Job Description

    We are having an opening for Store Manager for a leading co., Kindly share ur CV onhidden_emailLocation - Nagpur -Under ArmourPFB Details,Ensure that the store opening and closing checklist is followed as perdefined SOPs. Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained as per companystandards. Manage all store operational requirements including store housekeeping,store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc. Responsible for full operation of retail store including opening, closing,staffing, service levels, cash and inventory. Expectations are that 90% ofbusiness hours are spent on the sales floor greeting customers, coachingemployees and running the business where it matters mostclose to thecustomer Achieves financial and sale objectives. Analyzing variances; initiatingcorrective actions. Ensuring the target achievement for sales and bottom-line profits of thestore. Understand and take responsibility for store profitability. Maintain and study statistics pertaining to store and teams salesperformance. Communicate, execute, and manage marketing and merchandisingprograms.Perform all duties of a store cashier including billing, closing, stock in-warding and stock out-warding when neededEnsure availability of merchandise and maintain inventory Follow merchandising protocols Manage store revenue targets Manage cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits tobank Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensurestore is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept.
