Job Description

position: Store Executive / Store managerMaterial Inward Receive material as per purchase order and check the quality and quantity of material.Ensure material is received on time, follow up if required. Do follow up with vendor for supply of material. Prepare GRN and update material data in the system.Forward the material invoice to Accounts department for further process.Inventory Management Arrange material in the stores. Issue material as per requirement.MaintainConduct stock taking activity periodically & prepare reconciliation reports. Ensure proper utilization of material and avoid wastages. Coordinate with Project Heads and do the material shifting within projects as per requirement.Issue Materia issue material as per indents and maintain records of issued material. Provide reports of issued material to Billing Engineer for preparation of bills.MIS & Reporting Conduct stock taking activity periodically and ensure proper utilization of material. Maintain stock registers/reports and provide MIS to Management as and when required.
