Job Description

    You are applying for the role of Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance the hiring capabilities and ensure consistent and high-quality recruitment throughout the organization. The position requires you to collaborate closely with hiring managers, oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, and establish robust candidate pipelines to meet both current and future staffing needs.**Key Responsibilities:**- **End-to-End Recruiting & Hiring Partnership** - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from defining role requirements to extending offers. - Collaborate with hiring managers to outline role expectations and devise effective recruitment strategies. - Source potential candidates through various channels such as Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc. - Ensure a structured, transparent, and professional candidate experience during the recruitment process.- **Pipeline Development & Sourcing** - Create and nurture candidate pipelines for existing and projected hiring needs. - Proactively identify and engage passive candidates. - Cultivate relationships with promising candidates for future opportunities. - Support early talent programs like campus hiring and internships when applicable.- **Hiring Process & Data Insights** - Introduce and enforce structured hiring practices like interview scorecards and evaluation frameworks. - Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness. - Provide reports and insights to aid leadership in understanding hiring trends and enhancing decision-making.- **Employer Brand & Talent Community** - Enhance the companys employer brand through candidate interactions, Glassdoor presence, and recruitment platforms. - Represent the organization in industry events, meetups, and career fairs to expand talent networks.- **Inclusive Hiring & Candidate Experience** - Promote inclusive hiring practices by ensuring diverse candidate pools and structured evaluation procedures. - Collaborate with HR and hiring managers for a seamless transition from candidate to employee during onboarding.**Qualifications:**- 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in an in-house setting.- Demonstrated proficiency in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.- Strong sourcing abilities across various recruiting channels.- Effective collaboration with hiring managers and influence on hiring decisions.- Experience in tracking recruiting metrics and enhancing recruitment procedures.- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.- Bonus: Experience in supporting hiring across multiple regions or working with global teams.
