Job Description

    As a Techno Commercial Manager for the PEB Industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing the pre-sales process. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, proposing technical solutions, and supporting the sales team in securing new business. Your deep understanding of PEB systems, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills will be essential for success in this role.Your key responsibilities will involve:Lead Generation and Qualification:- Identifying potential clients and opportunities within the PEB industry.- Qualifying leads through research, initial communication, and analysis of client requirements.Technical Support and Solution Design:- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and propose appropriate PEB solutions.- Developing and presenting technical proposals, including design concepts, materials, and cost estimates.- Conducting feasibility studies and technical assessments for potential projects.Customer Engagement:- Participating in client meetings and presentations to explain PEB solutions and address technical inquiries.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Bid Management:- Preparing and managing bids and proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and company standards.- Coordinating with internal teams (engineering, project management, procurement) to gather necessary information for comprehensive proposals.Market and Industry Analysis:- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.- Providing insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market analysis.Training and Development:- Training and mentoring junior pre-sales staff to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.- Conducting workshops and seminars for clients to educate them about PEB solutions.Documentation and Reporting:- Maintaining accurate records of all pre-sales activities, proposals, and client interactions.- Preparing regular reports on pre-sales performance and activities for senior management.This is a full-time position with a fixed shift schedule based in Nagpur. With 4-6 years of experience in designing, detailing, and administration, along with previous experience as a Manager of Operations (Pre-Sales), you are well-positioned to excel in this role. The salary range for this position is 3,50,000 to 5,00,000.,
