Job Description

    As a Test Engineer at our company, your role involves writing effective test cases and ensuring comprehensive test coverage. You will be responsible for understanding and applying SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, Test Plan, and Test case design techniques. Your expertise in defect reporting, tracking defects, and updating bug statuses regularly will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to conduct testing from a customers perspective and perform functional, integration, system, regression, and re-testing efficiently. Your understanding of defect Tracking and Lifecycle Management using various tools will be essential. Working in an Agile Environment should be second nature to you.Key Responsibilities:- Write effective test cases- Ensure comprehensive test coverage- Understand and apply SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, Test Plan, and Test case design techniques- Report defects, track them, and update bug statuses regularly- Conduct testing from a customers perspective- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and re-testing- Utilize defect Tracking and Lifecycle Management tools effectively- Work proficiently in an Agile EnvironmentQualifications Required:- B.Tech / BE / MCA qualification- 1 to 3 years of experience in Manual Testing- Certification program in manual testing- Knowledge of testing product-based applications- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle- Familiarity with Agile/scrum techniques and RDBMS like Microsoft SQL server- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Testing Concepts- CSTE / ISTQB certification is a plus- Strong verbal & written communication skills- Self-motivated and focused on providing optimal software solutions to end usersApply now for the Test Engineer position and be part of our dynamic team!Please note: This job posting is for a Test Engineer position in Nagpur.,
