Purpose:To handle end to end HR Recruitment process of Corporate Organizations in BFSI & Consumer Business verticals.KRAs:
• To conduct executive search and identify suitable profiles from job portals and social networking channels.
• To evaluate different profiles and conduct interview processes according to client requirements.
• To understand client mandates and close the positions as per given TAT.
