• Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning
• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu, and service specifications for reservations (e.g., parties)
• Perform shift duties such as delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables, and removing debris
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer questions about food and drinks
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and handling of cash and credit transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
