Job Description

    As an Infoscion, you will be an integral part of the Infosys consulting team, actively supporting various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. Your responsibilities will include exploring alternatives to recommended solutions, conducting research through literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluations, etc., and developing proof of concepts. You will be involved in creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining processes, and detailed functional designs.Additionally, you will assist in configuring solution requirements, diagnosing and resolving issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives. Collaboration in unit-level and organizational initiatives is expected to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. If you are passionate about guiding clients through their digital transformation journey, this opportunity is tailored for you.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of exclusive Workday integration implementation experience, with excellent proficiency in Workday technical skills like web services APIs, calculated fields in integrations, data migrations, Studio, EIB, Core connectors, PECI, PICOF, Workday Business objects, and data sources. Hands-on experience in creating Workday reports and dashboards is essential. Familiarity with Oracle Human Capital Management and Workday HCM is preferred.Beyond technical expertise, you should be able to collaborate with clients to identify business challenges, refine and analyze data, stay updated on the latest technologies and trends, exhibit logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and contribute to identifying process improvements and suggesting technological solutions. Having one or two industry domain knowledge will be advantageous.Preferred skills include proficiency in Workday Technical, HCM Security, HCM Benefits, HCM Recruitment, and Core HCM technologies.,
