Job Description

    As a Zonal Sales Manager at our company, you will work with our biggest customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships. Your role will involve a range of skills including closing sales, nurturing relationships, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.Key Responsibilities:- Drive Xiaomi business in the respective city/territory/area- Build Xiaomi brand and drive sales via offline channels- Establish strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies- Collaborate with local distributors and key retailers to drive sales in the region/city/territory- Develop a deep understanding of Xiaomi products to meet local consumer needs- Implement local marketing and brand building strategies- Monitor local operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency- Manage relationships with local regulatory bodies and address regulatory concernsQualifications Required:- Deep expertise in sales, distribution, and retail operations in the specified territory- Masters degree in Business- Prior experience in team leadership with the ability to manage large teams- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Willingness to travel 4-5 days a week- Past experience in mobile handset sales is not mandatory- Preferred industries include handset, consumer durable, telecom, FMCG, paints, etc.Please note that the companys additional details were not provided in the job description.
