Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Business Development
      • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and industrial clients.
      • Conduct market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and emerging demands.
    • Sales Management
      • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
      • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
      • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
    • Client Servicing
      • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and feedback.
      • Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
      • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet client requirements.
    • Reporting & Analysis
      • Maintain sales records, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
      • Provide insights on sales performance, customer trends, and market opportunities.
      • Support senior management in strategic planning and forecasting.
