We are Looking for HR and Admin Executive for Group of Hotels in Nashik. Job Location-: Handling 2 locations at Gangapur Road Education-: MBA HR Experience-: Minimum 1 year in HR Generalist role Excellent English Communication Skills Male candidate preferred Salary-: Upto 25000 PM only Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management: xc2xb7 Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the groups goals and industry best practices. xc2xb7 Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring staff for various hotel departments. xc2xb7 Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are integrated seamlessly into the organization. xc2xb7 Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. Employee Relations: xc2xb7 Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. xc2xb7 Promote open communication and encourage teamwork across departments to enhance employee morale and engagement. xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling legal and ethical matters related to employment. Training and Development: xc2xb7 Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth. xc2xb7 Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and skill-building initiatives. xc2xb7 Compensation and Benefits: xc2xb7 Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. xc2xb7 Administer payroll processes, including attendance tracking, leave management, and timely salary disbursement. Admin and Facility Management: xc2xb7 Oversee administrative functions, including office management, procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance. xc2xb7 Ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities, addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly. Health and Safety: xc2xb7 Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and compliant environment for both employees and guests. xc2xb7 Conduct regular safety audits and coordinate training on emergency procedures. xc2xb7 Compliance and Documentation: xc2xb7 Maintain accurate records of employee information, attendance, and HR-related documentation. xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. xc2xb7 Budget and Resource Management: xc2xb7 Develop and manage the HR and Admin budget, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency. xc2xb7 Monitor expenses and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
