We are Looking for HR and Admin Executive for Group of Hotels in Nashik. Job Location-: Handling 2 locations at Gangapur Road Education-: MBA HR Experience-: Minimum 1 year in HR Generalist role Excellent English Communication Skills Male candidate preferred Salary-: Upto 25000 PM only Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the groups goals and industry best practices. Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring staff for various hotel departments. Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are integrated seamlessly into the organization. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. Promote open communication and encourage teamwork across departments to enhance employee morale and engagement. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling legal and ethical matters related to employment. Training and Development: Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and skill-building initiatives. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Administer payroll processes, including attendance tracking, leave management, and timely salary disbursement. Admin and Facility Management: Oversee administrative functions, including office management, procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance. Ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities, addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly. Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and compliant environment for both employees and guests. Conduct regular safety audits and coordinate training on emergency procedures. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee information, attendance, and HR-related documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the HR and Admin budget, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency. Monitor expenses and make recommendations for cost-saving measures. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor the HR and admin team, fostering their growth and professional development. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Schedule:
