Job Description

    • Generate insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
    • Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable life, health, or general insurance products.
    • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and financial protection discussions.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
    • Train and support bank employees on insurance products and sales processes.
    • Follow up on leads generated by bank staff and convert them into sales.
    • Assist customers with documentation, proposal forms, policy issuance, and post-sales service.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular MIS reports.
