• Manage gold loan business of the Branch. Handle branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
• Systematic planning, smooth functioning of the branch & Ensure Target achievement. Work with Team , Guide & Motivate Team Members and provide with timely feedback on their performance & organization goal.
• Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling, Preparing MIS reports & KYC.
• Generate new business leads
• Meet and Pitch Gold Loan offerings to potential customers.
• Build trust by handling customer issues.
• Build a long-term relationship with High-Net-worth Individuals customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals.
• Responsible to travel within the assigned territory /market as per requirements.
• 9 Audit Compliance related to Process, Customers grievances, Disbursal, Process etc.
• Responsible for strict adherence to Process, Policy, Guidelines laid by the Organization.
• Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.
• Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting corporate customers for business development.
