• Research and build database of new clients for our Recruitment Agency.
• Cold calling Clients to pitch them companys hiring Services.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Selling recruitment solutions to clients.
• Manage new clients and help them posting their first job on the platform
• Create references in the market and drive organic revenue
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, Customer Service or Tele calling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
