Channel Sales Lead

Job Description

Position: Channel Sales Lead
1. Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets to meet targets.
2. Drive revenue market share by expanding retail presence and ensuring product availability.
3. Manage the productivity of channel partners and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
4. Train and support FSEs working with distributors.
5. Ensure that distributors and retailers maintain adequate stock levels.
6. Strengthen distribution by increasing the number of Recharge Selling Outlets and SIM Selling Outlets.
7. Drive key distribution metrics, including the ROI of distributors and retailers.
8. Gather and monitor competitor plans, policies, best practices, and initiatives, and report findings to the JC and State S&D Team.
9. Propose strategies to enhance visibility within the territory.
