• Understanding Manpower requirement for hiring candidates and also looking after On-boarding process for new Hires.
• Leading the recruitment process through Sourcing, Screening, arranging interviews and maintaining data base.
• Having good knowledge of various portals/channels for sourcing potential candidate.
• Responsible for day-to-day requirement along with clarity, coordination, planning, and implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment & other day to day activities.
