International BPO Voice - Contact Center Associates

This is with regard to a job opening with Accenture for a Contact Center Associate role. I wanted to check if you would be interested in having a chat for the same.Greetings !We are hiring for International Voice Support / Contact Center professionals / associates for our premium client, a leading Top 5 consulting company in the world and a giant in Software Services solutions.Associates who have high command in English language proficiency and a zeal for Customer Success support are the absolute fit for this requirement.Requirements:
• Contact Centre Operations, Customer support, Inbound and Outbound calls and webchat (emails/text) to US based candidates to screen them for clients hiring requirement. Recording outcome of the call on tool.
• Excellent Comm skills Versant 58 & above
• Additional Written Assessment to be cleared for chat support
• Be ready to work in US hours (Shifts varying from 5 PM IST to 7 AM IST)
• Exposure to US contact center preferable
• Work from Office is mandatory & Weekend working (as required)
• Rotational work week can be Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun
• Flexible to switch activities and roles internally within process and within the deal/project
• Two-way Cab is provided
Experience:
• 6 months to 5 years
Location:
• Bangalore, Pune & Mumbai (no-relocation)
Budget:
• INR 3.5 LPA to 7.2 LPA
Interview Slots:
• Virtual Walk-in drive on 05 Jul Saturday
Notice Period:
• Immediate to 15 days
