Job ResponsibilityFinish IPD and OT at the start of the day.Start OPD.Consultation and Counselling to all OPD patientsTo do IUI, SonographyTo give prescription and requisitionTo take an IPD Round with Assistant Doctor IPD (RMO) & sisters in the morning and eveningand ensure thatPatients File should be completedCheck Daily Orders written by Assistant Doctor, IPDCheck parameters and investigations doneCheck monitoring chartsCheck IPD and OT Consents (Newly admitted patients)Advise necessary investigation, inform to patientsAsk patients if they have any complaints and take corrective actionsTo take an IPD Round with sisters in the eveningOperative Procedures (OPU, ET, HLScopy)To conduct scheduled Operative ProceduresTo ensure Operative Procedure is started on timeTo ensure Pre-OP preparation is done by OT sister as per Pre-Op ChecklistWashup, assist or conduct OTEnsure Anaesthesia notes are enteredTo write down OT NotesTo give Post-OP orders to assistant doctorsTo take Post-Op round immediately after shifting the patient and ensure that IPD sisters arefollowing Post-Op orders To do post-Op counselling to the patients relativesTo ensure that Software entries to record Post OP finding by Sisters and Assistant DoctorsTo decide discharge, ask RMO to prepare discharge paperTo ensure all IPD Papers work is done by Assistant Doctor IPD and sister, verifydocumentation as per checklist and handover file to HRTo attend all type of emergency situations, in case of complications take help of senior gynacon panelTo attend Camps and Outreach OPDsMonitoring and Control of all All Clinical StaffJob SpecificationExperience More than 6 Years of Relevant ExperienceEducation MD (Ob/Gyn.), MS (Ob/Gyn.), DNB (Ob/Gyn.)LanguageMarathi(Mandatory) Hindi and EnglishRequired Male / FemaleJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
