Connecting with screened candidates over phone to explain them about positionJob ResponsibilitiesHandling end to end recruitment process for Junior & senior management level.sourcing through Job PortalCommunicating with every candidate and creating a good sense of understanding with the candidatePost openings on internet, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etcConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleDeriving Innovative Business Excellence models as per the Customer requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsInterview candidates (via phone)Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills1.
