The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with the Business Head, customers, and internal teams to manage back-office operations and pre-sales activities.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Business Head to understand client requirements and provide technical support during pre-sales activities.Prepare, review, and manage technical documents, including machine catalogs.Analyze and interpret technical drawings, with a focus on electrical systems.Coordinate with clients to ensure all technical queries and requirements are addressed effectively.Manage pre-sales activities, including documentation, reporting, and software-related tasks.Utilize ERP, Tally, or similar software tools for efficient record-keeping and data management.Support the sales team in creating presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients to drive successful project outcomes.Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or a related technical field).1-2 years of experience in a similar role or any background.Proficiency in technical drawing analysis, especially in electrical designs or mechanical .Familiarity with ERP, Tally, or other software systems.Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple pre-sales activities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.call on hidden_mobile
