Job Description

Role Overview:As a Production Chemist at our manufacturing team, your primary responsibility will be to focus on the production of solvents and specialty chemicals while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. You will be expected to execute daily production activities, handle manufacturing processes, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow.Key Responsibilities:- Execute daily production activities as per the production plan and SOPs.- Handle and monitor the manufacturing processes for solvents & specialty chemicals.- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.- Maintain accurate records of production batches, process parameters, and documentation.- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.- Monitor equipment performance and report any deviations or breakdowns.- Support continuous improvement initiatives in process efficiency and cost optimization.Qualification Required:- Education: B.Sc. Chemistry (mandatory).- Experience: 13 years of experience in chemical or pharma manufacturing industry.- Knowledge: Good understanding of chemical processes, safety norms, and GMP practices.- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Please note that this job offers Full-time, Permanent employment with benefits including Provident Fund.
