Required Production Supervisor in MNC MFG at LonawalaKindly Find below Company Profile and Job Details FYI.About Company:It was established on 1972 & collaborate with German Co. They are making electrical insulation materials and engineering products made of epoxy and fibre reinforced plastics.Designation: Production Supervisor.Location: LonawalaQualification: Diploma/ B.E Mechanical or Plastic TechnologyExperience :2/3 Years. ( Experience Should be in Only in Manufacturing Company)Gender: MaleSalary Range: Upto 3 LacsGood Communication skill

  • Prepare & Monitor Daily Prod Plan.
  • Monitor Productivity & OEE (MIS)
  • Ensure Daily availability of RM & BOP
  • Monitor Manpower Allocation as per Budget
  • Execute Mould Change as per Plan
  • Assist in New Product Development
  • Monitor IDPM on Daily Basis
  • Prepare & Execute action plan to reduce IDPM
  • Check & Verify all Production Records / documents
  • PTR entry in ERP
  • Checking & Verification of Machine Down Time. (Daily MIS)
  • Prepare Data & Analysis of Machine Down Time
  • Ensure 5 S/ Cleanliness of Entire Shop Floor and all Machines
  • Monitor Safe Practices in the section
  • Keep records of Near Miss / Incident & Accidents
  • Identify Training Needs
  • Provide on Job training to Operators / Helpers
  • Conducting SIM -1
