    Job Details:Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Workforce Management
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant workers, technicians, and staff.
    • Coordinate with production managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
    • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
    2. Payroll & Attendance Management
    • Maintain employee attendance records (biometric/time sheets).
    • Process payroll, bonuses, and overtime calculations.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions like PF, ESI, and gratuity.
    3. Employee Relations & Compliance
    • Handle employee grievances and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Manage disciplinary actions, warnings, and terminations as per company policy.
    4. Training & Development
    • Identify training needs for employees and coordinate skill development programs.
    • Conduct safety training and awareness programs for factory workers.
    • Maintain records of training and certifications.
    5. Performance Management
    • Implement performance appraisal systems and monitor employee productivity.
    • Set KPIs and conduct periodic evaluations for factory employees.
    • Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve retention.
    6. HR Administration & Reporting
    • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and reports.
    • Handle HRMS (Human Resource Management System) for employee data management.
    • Prepare reports on HR metrics like attrition rate, hiring trends, and payroll expenses.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
    • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HRMS tools.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Work Environment:
    • Typically based in a manufacturing plant or factory office.
    • Requires interaction with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
    • May involve handling on-ground employee issues and labor union negotiations
