  • Job Location -Andheri Sakinaka
  • Fix Salary-20 000 to 25 000 Per Month.
  • Experience- 2 Years
  • Job timing-8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Job Responsibility
  • To support Customers and Products after Sales and Implement TILDLT policy and SOPs at Channel partners and grow business parameters.Coordinating with Pan india Service teamDaily scheduling appointments and dispatching service Engineers & technicians as needed.To have good communication and management skills to manage the networks and Parts business contribution through authorized Network.Solve out of Customer issues like spare parts issue, warranty issue, customer related issue, service related technical issue & others.Responsible for providing after sales support to Dealer/Distributers, complaint redressed and aftersales network expansion in terms of Preventive service,installation& maintenance activitiesCustomer Retention Activities - free service camps, customer meet & initial quality survey etc to fulfil customer desire as well as to achieve satisfaction.Track competition activities, sales trends, consumer schemes and dealer incentive programs through retail marketing teams in order to stay competitive in the fieldactionsGuide and educate the dealer manpower like service bulletin, products, Mannuals,PCR and reduce vehicles breakdownsVendors repair quotes, negotiation and finalization.Field reports compilation (Product performance monitoring,Retro fitment, Float)Convince the dealer to achieve his targets of Spare Parts.Warranty Claim Crediting and hard copy receipt entry in ERP.New Vendor & Customer creation in ERP.Understand different type of customer to handle & solve their issues in a better & quick way.Preparation of Annual maintenance contract for trailers.Preparation of defense ILS documents.the assigned target in terms of number and revenue.
