Dear Candidates ,we have urgent opening for position Site Engineer Civil for our well know client at Navi mumbai (Digha and panvel location)Designation - PMC Site Engineer CivilNo Accomodation and transportation Facility ( Candidates have to manage by own)Location- Panvel/DighaB.tech in Civil- 4 yrsDiploma in Civil- 6yrsShould have Experience in to Construction of CNG Station, Petrol pump, Gas stationDuration- Its a 1 year of contract and further extendable candidate will be on our payroll i.e on M.M.K payroll.Please find the job descriptionConstruction Phase:1) Day to day supervision of on-going construction of civil and electrical work as instructed2) Ensure that the contractor maintains proper labour force from time to time to completethe specified departmental work and communicate the same3) Assist in technical checking of the on-going work.4) Estimate material requirements i.e., steel, cement, sand etc., for site activities.5) Maintain curing records.6) To ensure housekeeping at site.7) Inspection of incoming materials like cables, electrical fixtures, Circuit breakers etc.,ensuring it complies with Technical Specifications.8) Engineer shall carry out inspection of all Construction material received at site as perapproved QAP & Inspection checklist and accordingly certify/reject the material asapplicable.9) Ensure that all the material brought to the site is as per construction drawing & contract specification. Engineer shall obtain MTCs (Material Test Certificate), Delivery challans of construction materials, etc., of all materials brought to site and shall record the same as per instructions The site supervisor shall also Verify & Certify material testcertificates received from contractor and maintain a record of TCs and Inspection reports.10) Ensure preliminary preparation of different stages of work-related activities i.e., layout, strata, RCC work, masonry work, plastering, painting, water proofing, plumbing etc., before commencement of new activity,11) Supervision of construction activities as per contract agreement.12) Certification and verification of joint measurement sheets which are recorded bycontractor along with representatives.13) Prepare progress chart.14) Maintain daily and weekly reports format finalized15) Follow up with contractor for execution of work as per given specifications/drawings or as per Engineers instruction.16) Detailed study of the specifications of the project, drawings etc.17) To check the shuttering drawings prepared by contractor especially for the canopyshuttering above 4.5m height.18) Certify the material received at site against factory test certificate by verifying makegrade/ batch number, heat number etc.19) Ensure workmanship of all items.20) Ensure concrete cubes are taken for cube test and maintain record of the same, i.e.,casting date & testing date.21) Ensure safety at site by enforcing PPEs and life savers rule.22) Check measurement on daily basis as per format.23) To work out excess/saving quantities against PO quantity.24) To record measurements with diagrams/sketches of site activities on daily basis jointly with contractor on measurement sheets and submit the same to engineer.25) Maintain all records and drawings on site. Engineer shall keep records of all inspection reports (Material & Process), lab test reports, all inward approved construction material and rejected material. Engineer shall ensure that rejected material is immediately removed from site.26) Engineer shall in a timely manner, update stock availability & appraise the same to as required.27) Engineer shall keep records of labour register and visitor register as directed28) Engineer shall maintain site instructions book & keep it in his custody for issuingtimely instructions to contractors.29) Verification of RA and Final bills of contractor and certification of the same within one week from the date of submission of the bill.30) Verifying the rate analysis provided by contractorRegards,ManaswiniHR ExecutiveTel: hidden_mobile Email:hidden_email
