Job Description

    The job requires you to provide direct patient care, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. You will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient conditions, and reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Additionally, you will be performing diagnostic tests, collecting samples, and assisting in procedures. Your role will also involve educating patients and their families on health management and discharge instructions. Collaboration with doctors, medical staff, and other team members is crucial to ensure that patient care needs are met. Accurate documentation of patient care activities in the medical record is essential. You should be prepared to respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations. Maintaining infection control and safety standards is a key part of this role.This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The preferred education level is Secondary (10th Pass). Prior experience of 1 year in nursing is preferred, as well as a total work experience of 1 year. Proficiency in Hindi is also preferred for this role. A Nursing License is required for this position.The work location for this role is in person.,
