    Position-Operational Support AnalystLocation-Navi MumbaiExperience-3+ yearsCTC-Upto 10 LPAJob Accountabilities:Provide end user support, monitor the system, respond to queries, resolve, and escalate issues.Collaborate with internal and external partners/vendors, aYo OPCOSs, MTN OPCOs to resolve issues.Perform analysis at various levels of the organization- that includes people, process, systems and dataAnalyse and prepare detailed documentation related to the impacted users, process, data, and systems and in accordance to company standards and manage traceabilityProvide support in analysing the operational/incident issues with the aim of restoring production stability within the given timelines and SLAs while suggesting work arounds for the given issues.Mine data and analytics, as well to determine root cause of issues or Improvement across the aYo value propositions i.e. Customer Journey or Product Proposition and associated back office processes.Be flexible to work within either AGILE or Waterfall framework or methodology
