Job Description

    Job descriptionStudy / Review/ Update/ Follow-up on all guest requests and makes necessary preparations.Brief and debrief the staff about the important events/ function of the day and accordingly allocate work.To sell and upsell in order to meet sales budget of the banquets.To be receptive to any guest complaints/ comments/ compliments and intimate seniors to take corrective measures whenever necessary.To continuously train the staffs for better quality and maintaining industry standards.Co-ordinates with other operating departments to facilitate guest request.Logs down all guest requests.Handles guest complaints and/or refers them to the Banquet Manager or Operations Manager for appropriate action.Manage the team and work efficiently towards guest s preferences and needs.
