Job Description

    A Front Office Executiveserves as the first point of contact, managing reception operations, welcoming guests, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. Key duties include managing visitor flow, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring a professional, clean, and welcoming office atmosphere
      • Reception Management:Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally, providing a positive first impression.
      • Communication Hub:Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and manage general emails.
    • Administrative Support:Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing courier services.
    • Front Desk Maintenance:Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area, ensuring required materials (forms, brochures) are available.
    • Visitor Security:Maintain records of guest logbooks and issue visitor badges.
    • Scheduling:Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and manage calendars
