Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate interior design project from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that the project is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Supervise on-site activities for various interior design project.Collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to timelines.Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site and provide solutions.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.Coordinate schedules and resources to ensure timely project completion.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members and clients.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience in site supervision or project management within the interior design or construction industry.Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and building codes.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,
