Senior Warehouse Operations Manager (FMCG / F&B)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations within a fast-paced FMCG / beverage manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for inventory control, dispatch management, storage optimization, and ensuring smooth coordination between production and distribution teams.The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on warehouse management experience, and knowledge of inventory systems and logistics coordination.Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices are followed for raw materials and finished goods
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for smooth material flow
• Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and efficiency
• Supervise warehouse staff and shift operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Monitor dispatch schedules and transportation coordination
• Implement cost control and inventory optimization measures
• Maintain ERP / inventory management system updates
