Job Description

Process, Control & Instrumentation (PCI) Service EngineerLocation: NetherlandsAt Yokogawa, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and support for our customers across a variety of industries. As a PCI Service Engineer, you will be the technical focal point for all Yokogawa field instruments, providing startup assistance, maintenance, and calibration services. If you have a strong technical affinity, a willingness to learn, and enjoy a hands-on approach to problem-solving, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and make an impact.Your Responsibilities

  • Perform Maintenance and Calibration: Conduct on-site PCI maintenance, calibration, and service activities for instrumentation equipment.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Establish strong working relationships with customers and PCI sales teams to ensure the success of Yokogawas services.
  • Expand Yokogawas Service Offerings: Support customers with equipment validation, installation maintenance, and small modifications.
  • Ensure Quality Compliance: Develop, maintain, and adhere to Field Service Quality Procedures to uphold high service standards.
  • Promote Yokogawa Services: Increase customer awareness of Yokogawas service capabilities using appropriate promotional tools.
  • Facilitate Training: Arrange and deliver training courses for customers as needed, staying updated on the latest products and technologies.
  • Work Flexibly: Be adaptable to various working environments and locations, supporting customers across the Netherlands and occasionally within Europe.
RequirementsEducation:
  • Vocational Technical Education in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interest and affinity for technology, with a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
  • Awareness of safe working practices; VOL-VCA certification is preferred.
  • Valid Driving License B and flexibility to travel for work.
  • Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, with strong communication skills in English.
  • Positive self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
  • Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills for personal and professional growth.
