Role :- Business Development Executive : 2-3 Years- Business Development Manager : 4-6 Years Client : - https://www.orbitindia.net/Minimum Criteria :- Candidate must have experience in IT hardware, networking, software sales.- Two round of interview, which will be face to face at client location - New Delhi (Okhala phase & Gurgaon)Notice Period :- Immediate Joiner, Maximum we can consider 7 daysRole Description :- This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive/Manager located in New Delhi (Okhala phase & Gurgaon) - The BDE/BDM will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. - They will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing, and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts.- Meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota.- Develop and maintain sales plan and opportunity pipeline.- Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect- Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level- Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for prospects.- Having experience in IT hardware sales - Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Server, Storage etc. will be preferable.- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.Requirements :- Proven experience of 4-6 years in IT sales or said domain.- Track record of over-achieving quota- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Strong listening and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
