This is a critical hands-on role supporting our next phase of accelerated growth. You will be part of the AMER sales operations team and partner with the AMER sales team, to drive operational excellence, design and implement processes and support the broader Sales Operations team (Processes and Systems, Compensation and Commissions, etc.). You will work on AMER sales planning, forecasting, reporting, compensation planning & quota setting whilst having a keen eye on improving sales processes and driving responsible sales growth.This role will be a member of the AMER Sales Operations Team and will report to the Director, AMER Sales Operations.What you will be working on
