Job Description

    Business Development Associate (BDA) Akash InstituteWe are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our team for Project Akash Institute. The role primarily focuses on admission counselling, lead generation, and revenue growth, making it ideal for candidates with strong communication and sales skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Admission Counselling As a BDA, you will guide prospective students and their parents regarding courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and overall benefits of enrolling at Akash Institute. You will counsel students to help them make well-informed academic and career decisions. Handling walk-in inquiries, outbound calls, and online leads will be an essential part of your role. Timely follow-ups and effective communication will be crucial to ensure higher conversion rates.2. Lead Generation The role requires proactive engagement with potential students through outbound calls, emails, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building a strong pipeline, and ensuring continuous engagement until closure. Maintaining accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system will also form part of your daily responsibilities.3. Sales & Revenue Growth You will be expected to understand the needs of potential students and provide tailored counselling and solutions to address their requirements. Your focus will be to achieve or exceed sales targets by successfully converting leads into admissions. The performance benchmark includes a minimum of 4 confirmed admissions per month, achieved through persistent lead follow-ups and impactful counselling.
