Job Description

    Key Responsibilities1. Accounts & Financial Management
    • Maintain and oversee complete books of accounts for the manufacturing unit
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
    • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions
    • Prepare periodic financial reports, MIS, and cash flow statements
    2. Payment Follow-ups & Receivables
    • Regular follow-up with clients for outstanding payments
    • Monitor debtor ageing and ensure timely collections
    3. Vendor & Contractor Management
    • Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
    • Handle contractor billing, verification, and payment processing
    4. Purchase & Inventory Accounting
    • Maintain all purchase accounts and records
    • Verify purchase invoices with GRNs and purchase orders
    • Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for accurate accounting
    5. Banking & Reconciliation
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations
    • Manage banking transactions, payments, and documentation
    • Monitor cash and fund flow for operational requirements
    6. Compliance & Taxation
    • Ensure compliance with GST regulations including filing and reconciliation
    • Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements
    • Coordinate with auditors and consultants as required
    7. Administrative & Factory Operations Support
    • Oversee administrative functions within the factory
    • Support management in overall factory operations and reporting
    • Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent errors and fraud
    8. Software & Systems
    • Work extensively onTallyfor accounting and reporting
    • Ensure proper data entry, backups, and system accuracy
    Key Skills & Competencies
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and manufacturing accounting
    • Proficiency in GST and statutory compliance
    • Hands-on experience withTally ERP
    • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
