Job Description

    Alliances and Partnership Manager with demonstrated abilities.The candidate should be open to take challenges and make the most out of every probable opportunity.Your main role would be to build and manage relationships with other partners to mutually benefit all the parties involved.The main objective of this role would be to manage company partnerships and alliances for the growth of the company in terms of revenue as well as otherwise.Responsibilities:Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship managementBuild and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partnersCoordinate with the marketing and public relations team to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the companyWork with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goalsEncourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brandsNegotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the companyAttend various virtual trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the companyWork in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordinglyStrategize newer ways to grow current partnershipsIdeal Candidate:4+ years in partnerships, business development, or similar sales focused role within the SaaS or software industryPartner account management experience and working at scaleSuccess building and managing channel partner relationships is highly preferredSeveral examples of successfully helping partners achieve their goals and exceed yoursYou are an exceptional communicator (both written and oral) and capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersOrganized, entrepreneurial and able to operate with autonomy within a team structureProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and the ability to grow a pipeline from scratchAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknownsResilient, determined and able to dig in to get results through managing relationships and pipelinesKindly revert withupdated CV,Current CTC,expected CTC,joining periodfor the opening shared.Thank you,Regards,Mr. Bipin PatilRecruitment ConsultantTalent Corner HR Services Pvt.
