Job Description

Support Central ETA process
Ensure Month end close for Central ETA and PPE (BX India)
Ensure robust control environment
Support ad hoc strategy initiatives as they arise

What will you be doing

Manage monthly Central ETA postings and CIGA manual Journals.
Support and coordinate monthly CIGA process for BUK & BI entities.
Ensure ETA system Database are always upto date for Group / Galaxy entities
Support and coordinate for monthly ETA and Apptio Invoices generation
Ensure Bank details are accurately updated in ETA database.
Manage ETA user access management process
Working closely with ETA Technical team to ensure any ETA system issues are promptly resolved.
Support on BX India Car lease process and capitalisation
Support on Car lease GST calculation and timely retirement.
Ensuring and Maintaining robust control environment and be compliant to SOX Controls
Demonstrate continuous improvement mind-set by proactively identifying, recommending and helping implement solutions to recurring errors and service gaps

Managing ETAs / PPE
Month End Management
Variance Analysis
Stakeholder Management
Identification and quantification of risks & opportunities
Flash financials/commentaries submission
Journals/Attestations
Hierarchy set up and maintenance
Consolidation Reporting

What we re looking for:

Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Understanding of Barclays processes
Accountant with hands on relevant experience

ETA and Fixed Asset process knowledge
