This position will be based out of Kronos Noida office in India and will report to the US GL Manager finance who is also based out of Kronos Noida office in India. Further, this position will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST. He/ She would be responsible for General Ledger Accounting, Direct & Indirect tax compliances and audit assistance, MEC & BS Reconciliations. Partnering in Month End Close with team members and passing necessary Journal Entries. Maintaining the Prepaids and Accruals schedulesPreparation of monthly Balance Sheet ReconciliationsSupport in STAT and US GAAP auditRequired active involvement in monthly Compliance activitiesSupport ad-hoc process improvement project and self-motivator for initiating improvisations Qualifications3-6 years of work experience in US GAAP general ledger accounting. Knowledge of Oracle ERP, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is a must. MBA Finance handling US/ Americas region will be preferred. Good communication skill ,
