Provide enhanced laws support in form of preparing and maintain a dictionary of IP events and deadlines; create work- flows explaining complex IP procedures. Prepare and publish a monthly IP News Bulletin for CPA Global s clients summarising important IP law changes that impact the business. Provide IP presentations and training for new hires and colleagues in other departments. Provide support on Legal Research projects and process maintenance activities.
